you offer free estimates?
A. Yes, JB Coating offers free estimates.
Q.Do you charge by the room or by the square footage?
A.This is determined by the type and size of the
property.
Q. Do you move the furniture and replace it before
and after painting?
A. Yes, our staff will carefully move and cover your furniture before
any work is done. Once the job is finished, they will make sure that
all furniture is returned to its original location.
Q. Do you cover the floors for protection?
A. Yes, JB Coating personnel do their very best to make sure that all
surfaces that are not going to be painted are covered and protected.
Q. How many coats of paint and primer do you normally
use?
A. We normally use One coat of primer and one coat of paint, unless
otherwise agreed upon initially.
Q. How do you prevent over-spray?
A. To prevent over-spray, our professionally trained staff will confine
the area to be painted with masking tape and plastic.
Q. How long does it take to paint a normal size home?
A. A normal size home takes from three to eight days.
Q. Do you repair nail holes, cracks, nail pop-ups,
and putty windows, etc.?
A. Yes, will try our best to patch and repair any cracks, nail pop-ups,
nail holes, and putty windows.
Q. Do you remove fixtures and replace them?
A. Yes, this is done as we move and replace the furniture.
Q. Do you wash or sand cabinets before painting and
remove the hardware?
A. Yes, we wash down, sand. and remove all hardware from cabinets before
any work is commenced.
Q. Do you paint the inside of the cabinets?
A. Yes, if requested in the proposal.
Q. Are you a licensed contractor?
A. Yes, JB Coating is fully licensed. Information can be obtained by

Q. Is your company insured?
A. Yes, JB Coating is fully insured and bonded.
Q. How long is your work guaranteed?
A. Guarantees are as follows:
- Residential - three to five years
- Commercial - one to ten years
Q. Can I get a list of referrals to call about your previous painting
jobs?
A. Yes, all references are available upon request.
